Located on the Chao Praya River within the city limits, the mixed-use project comprises three 45-story luxury condominium towers, a 40-story office tower, a 300-room hotel, and community amenities that include retail, restaurants, and health clubs. A clearly defined residential precinct along the waterfront and a commercial/office precinct on the Street side characterize the plan for the complex—a largely pedestrian environment with residential components grouped around a large landscaped area and man-made lagoon.
The hotel element links the two precincts via an eight-story portal cut through the building mass. The condominium tower plans accommodate a maximum of three units per floor, with sizes ranging from 3,000 to 4,000 square feet per unit.
Facades incorporate brises-soleil and generous exterior terraces. Penthouse units feature outdoor gardens and terraces protected by high roofs for use during the monsoon season.
