Design/Completion 1993/1995 Jakarta, Indonesia P.T. Kuningan Persada 4,306,000 square feet Steel frame (tower); concrete frame Glass and metal curtain wali
The rational assignment and integrated support of mixed land uses are at the heart of the Kuningan Persada superblock development master plan. The 70-story (1,480 foot high) office tower, crowned byjakarta’s telecommunications center, is a landmark for the surrounding area. The tallest structure in Jakarta, it incorporates observation decks and restaurants, as well as office space for international and Indonesian businesses seeking a world-class building and the best international communication linkages in the region.
Enhancing public perception of the development as an international business center is the five-star, 32-story hotel that is the gateway to the complex. A 753,500 square foot retail mail completes the land-use program; adjacent to the hotel and linked to the tower, it provides a luxurious shopping environment for residents and tourists alike.
