SIZE: 12” in diameter.

MATERIALS : One (563-yd) bali Ce-belia crochet cotton no. 30. wbite; Steel crochet hook US size 9.

TO MAKE: Starting at center, form Ip with end ofthread. Rnd I: In Ip work 24 dc (3 ch count as first dc through-out); close this and all other dc rnds with sl st in top of ch-3. Rnd 2 : Work ° 1 tc (4 ch count as first tc throughout). 7 ch. sk 2 sts, rep from ⁰ 1 morę limes; close with sl st in top of ch-4 and work 1 sl st in first st of next ch lp. Rnd 3: In each ch lp work 9 dc and I ch. Rnds4-14 :Cont working in dc and ch as per diagram. On rnds 6-8, cluster first 2 and last 2 dc for petal; on rnd 9, cluster last 3 dc for tip. On rnd 8 beg base of fan bet each 2 pe-tals with 7 dc in center ch lp. To close rnd 14. work sl sl in top of first cluster. then 1 sl st in each of next 4 sts and beg md 15 in center of this ch lp. Rnd 15: ln each ch lp work (1 dc. 1 pi-cot = 3 ch and sl st in last dc. 2 ch) lwice; last 2-ch lp = 1 ch and 1 sc in topofch-3. Rnds 16-22: Alternate 1 rnd in tc and ch and 1 rnd in dc. p and ch. as per diagram. Close rnds 16 and 17 with 1 ch. 1 hdc; mds 18-21 with 2 ch. 1 hdc; rnd 22 with 2 ch. 1 dc. Rnd 23: Ch 1. in each ch lp work (1 sc. 7 ch) lwice; last ch lp = 3 ch and 1 tc in first sc. Rnds 24-2<J .‘Complete RutJleC with 7-ch Ips and sc. working last lp as in Rnd 23. Altach thread on rnd 14 for Ruffle A and on rnd 19 for Ruffle H. Complete each ruffle separately. working in 7-ch Ips, as shown in Detail diagrams.
