DOUGHCRAFT
I Roli two finger-sized ropes of dough of about the same length and thickness.
Starting from the centre, twist the two pieces together. Try not to lift the dough. keep it resting on the surface to stop it from stretching.
Once the twist s completed, trim the ends with the knife, and secure with a little water.
You can buy cutters in a variety of leaf shapes and sizes. Using a cutter to make leaves is simple. Just roli out the dough and use the cutter to stamp out leaf shapes. Your cutter may also add veins to the leaf. if not add these with a smali knife.
You can also make leaves by hand, ensuring that each leaf is unigue.
I Roli a pencil thin ropę of dough about 50mm <2in) long.
Taper one end of each ropę with your finger and thumb.
Holding tfie tapered end of the ropę use a smali pair of scissors to make smali snips in the dough, starting at the top and working your way around and down the ropę.
