I Roli out some dough until it is about Bmm (%in) thick.
Stamp out a circle using a 75mm (3in) fluted cutter. Remove a smaller circle from the inside of the one you have cut with a 25mm (1 in) round cutter.
Usmg the cocktail stick as a mini rolling pin, roli the end of the stick from side to side. making grooves in between each flute.
CWork your way around the circle until all of the flutes have been i rolied. Then, cut the frilled circle to the length reguired.
I Roli out some dough to about 3mm-6mm (Kin-!£in) on your work surface. Cut the dough into 13mm (’/in) wide strips.
Take two strips and lay one ye^ical and the other horizontal to form a cross.
Keep adding alternate vertical and horizontal strips, weaving them under and over each other as you go.
CContinue to add strips until you have a piece of woven dough of the right size for the project you are doing.
