Topie
Pathophysiology-1 connects basie functional and clinical subjeets. Togetlier with otlicr preclinical subjects, it deals inainly with etiotogy, time-course. clinical symptoms and possible pharmacological or ołlier interventions related to abnonnalilies of the cardiovascular. respiratory1, hematological and renal Systems, as well as with disorders of salt/water and pH balance.
Conditions for acceptance of the semester Maximum of 15 % absence allowed
A mid-tenn test takes place in the second half of the semester. This one-time test can not be substituted or repeated later. Tltis is not essential for the acceptance of the semester.
Hovvever, students who achicve a scorc of 80% or higher on the mid-tenn test, need to answer only two theoretical questions (instead of three) on the semester cxam. Students who miss this test or obtain a score of 33% or lower. will have to answer four theoretical exams qucstions (instead of three) on the semester exam.
Making upfor missed classes
Students can make up for their absence by participating at the seminar of another group on the same week.
