Warranty!

Hilti provides a 12-month warranty for the software covering deficiencies witch could result from material defects or manufacturing faults. The warranty coverage period begins on the date of purchase of the software. The warranty covers the free-of-charge replacement or the improvement of the software while excluding any claims in excess of this. The same warranty coverage also applies to any replacement. Any deficiencies must be reported immediately in every case. A claim of warranty replacement can only be entered if the software (or hardware) has not been damaged by improper treatment, negligence, incorrect maintainance or other causes witch cannot be tracked back to material defects or manufacturing faults.

For definitive data in respect of designation, installation and performance the user shall make reference to the Hilti fastening manual.

Although the document has been produced to be compatible with sound engineering practice the onus of responsibility remains with user.
