Aims of the class:
to practice writing skill
to revise vocabulary connected with internet (monitor, joystick, keyboard, mouse, mouse mat, printer, scanner, screen, speaker, webcam)
to introduce new vocabulary (online, e-mail, website, search engine, download, chatroom)

Student's book „Adventures”, Ben Wetz, pre-intermediate

revising vocabulary connected with internet (monitor, joystick, keyboard, mouse, mouse mat, printer, scanner, screen, speaker, webcam) teacher asks the students to give Polish equivalent for the words they have learnt during previous lesson. Teacher grades the students for the papers that they did during previous lesson Teacher introduces new vocabulary (online, e-mail, website, search engine, download, chat room)Writes the words on the board and students guess the meaning. After teacher corrects student’s guesses and writes the Polish equivalent on the blackboard. Students write the words in their notebooks |

Students complete the mind map using the words from the box (student’s book, ex. 5, p.77). Class checks the answers altogether. Students have to put in order parts of description of a website (student’s book, ex.6, p.77). Teacher checks the answers by asking a particular student.

Students write a description of their favorite website. They use expressions in the box (There are sections about…, There are some great…, You can download…, There are links to…, If you like…, you should…, student’s book, ex.8, p.77) teacher collects the papers and checks them at home. |
