Chocolate Gelato

1 cup coconut meat

½ cup nut milk

¼ cup agave

¼ cup cacao powder

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon cinnamon

1. Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth.

2. Process in an ice-cream maker according to the manuf acturer’s instructions.
