How we do it…

Open Internet Explorer
•
Enter web address in the Address field:
www.sgp.co.uk
•
Click in the orange Client Login window
•
Enter your User Name and Password
(supplied by SGP)
•
This will take you into the Main Screen (see above)
•

How to…
What you need to know
•
SGP are SSP’s contracted maintenance provider
•
You should no use anyone else unless authorised to do so by your line manager
•
If you experience any problems with the Web Site – please send an eMail to the following address and someone
from the SGP IT department will look into your query and get back to you: websupport@sgp.co.uk
•
You can view as many jobs, Incidents, Quotes on one screen at the same time
•
You can view any date range, going as far back as you wish
•
When you select any function or request any information a row of yellow stars will move along the top of the
screen. This will continue to move while the information is being obtained
•
At any time, you can hide the menu
•
If there is more than one page of Information, you cannot scroll down to the next page – you must click on the
Page Number at the top of the page
•
You do this by clicking on
‘Hide Menu’
- this then changes to
‘Show Menu’
.
To open the re-open the menu, click on the
‘Show Menu’

This shows Stats relating to Jobs, Quotes, Security and Health & Safety Incidents
•
Any stats that are highlighted can be clicked on, and the information be viewed in a grid

• Reporting all faults through SGP
• Following up any outstanding logged calls
• Escalating any issues to your line manager
• Making sure your cleaning Rota’s are
completed and up to date, thereby helping
reduce breakdowns with preventative
maintenance
• Escalating jobs to be authorized
in a timely fashion and within budget
