In case you receive the defected phone like this symptom,
follow below guide
1. Check production month on Serial No. of phone label
2. If the production month is between Apr and Jul.
you should check a capacitor on
strobe module is damaged like picture
3. If it is damaged, you should
replace it with new one
4. After replacement, you should
download the latest SW.
5. After reassembly, you should check & test fully
