Z I model a fiattened ovai shape. tuming it up at eacn er.d and stick ;t in place for Yogi‘s hat nm Model a smali, fiattened circle of black pastę and stick this onto his hat for the hat band. Set aside one third of the remaining pale green. then use the larger amount to shape another fiattened circle for the top of his hat. press down in the cenire and stick it tn p^!ace. Red out the rest of the pale green. cul two tong tnangular shapes and stick these in place for his tie vńth a smali, fiattened bali at the indentaticn of his coliar

Usmg the remaining brown modelling pastę, model his two teardrop-shaped Z Z ears Press in the centre of each using the end of a paintbrush and stick them in place. Press gently at each fuli end to make them morę anguiar

BOO BOO

3 Press a 7g (Tłocz) bali of the light brown modelling pastę onto the centre of Z J the baske: for Boo Boos body. Make his arm in the same v/ay as you madę Yogi's. but a fule shorter. Stick the arm restmg aganst the mside of the płcnic basket. For his head. model the shape in the same way as you did Yogi's. but make it slightly fuller at Uie cheek area and keep the top of his head rounded.

FINISHING TOUCHES

Model the sausages and trail somo down tho back of the ranger.

Make his faciai features like Yog«'s (see page 94 for mouth tempłate). but ensure his muzzle is shorter and rounder and his smile smaiier Model tiny light brown eyetids for his eyes. To make his eyebrows. roli a minutę piece of black pastę into a sausage shape. tapenng it at eilher end. and then cut it in half Cut his hair from a smali, fiattened teardrep snape. Make his ears as Yogis. Colour 7g ( Aoz) of the modelling pastę bn.gh: blue. Model his coliar and iwo tnangular pieces for the bow tie Assemble Boo Boo in the basket.

To make the sandwiches. model white sheed bread shapes and stick these together with thm pieces of pale green uimmings. Thiniy roli out morę white modelling pastę and cut a sauare for the tablecloth fiiiing the pienie basket.

Colour 7g (V<oz) of the modellihg pastę dark red. Thiniy roli out and cut sguares to decorate a chequereó pattern on the tablecloth. Also stick a minutę dark red tongue on each cf the bears" smiles. Model two dark red rear lights fer the ranger. Stick a smali dark red fiattened circle onto each end of the appŁe cores and mdent their cenires with a cocktail stick

Cotour the remaining modelling pastę reddish brown using a little dark red and brown food colouring pastes and modę' all the sausages. Arrange the sausages in the pienie basket with some trailing down the back of the ranger. When the cake i$ dry. slot in the windscreen usmg sugar glue. and stick the basket handle in place fuliy forwards. supporied by the tablecloth.
