FALLS

Fourteenth Fali: Advanced Forward leap, Stay Down. Starting position: Walking.

Action:    Throw arms back, spring off from one

foot, Photo #1.

Snappy action of leap and turn will result in air somersault, keep head tucked in, Photo #2.

As you finish somersault, hands and feet are in position to slap mat before body touches, Photo #3.

Finish in exact ending as for Fifth Fali, Photo #4. (Con't From Page 40)

You can confuse your opponent with feinting and faking movements which seem to be preparation for throwing, but which are only to divert him. For instance, if you plan to throw with a leg throw, extra twisting arm movements, which seem to be attempts to set-up for arm throws will divert your opponent's attention away from your feet. Twisting your body in what appears to be an attempt for a body throw (without moving your feet into body throw position), will cause your opponent to błock the pretended body throw and leave him vulnerable for a leg throw backward. These are only sugges-tions. Develop your own style of diversion and dis-traction by experimentation and improvisation.
