Action: Shift weight onto hands, duck head deep in, start to roli over, Photo #2.

Continue easy roli, keep knees bent, Photo #3.

Finish roli with both hands and feet hitting mat simultaneously, knees bent sharply, hips off mat, arms at 45° angle from body, head off mat, Photo H4.    ,,
