Fourth Fali: Intermediate Back Fali.

Starting position: Standing, natural stance; arms extended, palms down; relax, Photo Ki.

Action: Bow forward, as though to touch your toes, Photo K2. Lower your body easily; as you lift your right leg, bend left knee and lower your-self to sitting position preparing to sit close to left heel: Photo #3. When you are as close to the ground as you can get in this position, raise arms, roli back easily (do not thrust or drive your body to ground), slap mat just before upper back hits; head never touches mat; spread fingers, cup hands slightly for slapping, Photo #4.
