Finisli by slapping mat with palms of hands hitting first (fraction of a second first) followed by forearm. Elbows slightly out, hands hit in front of face, body is off the ground and straight, Photo #4. You must slap mat with hands and arms and ąyoid catching mat with wrists bent!
