Therapy for the pectoralis minor.
Starting Position: P: Supine; scapula over side of couch; arm in lateral rotation, adduction and less than 90° flexion at the shoulder; elbow flexed. T: Standing at P's right side, facing Ps head.
Grip: Ts left hand grips P's right shoulder. Ts right hand grips proximal to P's wrist with P"s forearm supported against Ts chest.

Procedurę: Using this grip, T gradually and maximally moves P’s shoulder girdle by pressing cranially and dorsally against Ps forearm and elbow down through the linę of the upper arm.
Stimulation of Antagonists: T retains grip. T then asks P to move further in the direction of stretching, and resists that movement to stimulate P’s antagonists.
