Start at A with a ring of (6ds, p) 3 times, 6ds.

Ring B of 6ds, join to last picot of previous ring, (3ds, p) 5 times, 3ds.

Chain of 6ds; rw.

Ring C of (3ds, p) 7 times, 3ds.

Chain of 6ds, p, 6ds, join shuttle thread to second picot from the end of ring B, 6ds; rw.

Ring D of (6ds, p) 3 times, 6ds.

Chain of 6ds, p, 6ds, join shuttle thread to picot of chain beneath, 6ds, p, 6ds, join shuttle thread to second picot from the end ofring C, 6ds; rw.

Ring E as ring D.

Chain of (6ds, p, 6ds, join shuttle thread to picot of chain beneath) twice, 6ds, p, 6ds, join shuttle thread to last picot of ring D, 6ds; rw.

Ring F as ring C.

Continue from the diagram(s), always reversing work at the end of a row of chain, before working the ring. Reverse work before and after ring L and all other 'filling' rings.
