FRONT WHEEL/SUSPENSION/STEERING

Install the starter/engine stop switch, aligning the pin with the hole.

Tighten the front screw first, then the rear screw.

(1) ALIGN

If the grips were removed, apply Honda Bond A or Honda Hand Grip Cement IU.S.A. only) to the inside surfaces of the grips and to the clean surface of the left handlebars and throttle grip pipę. Wait 3 — 5 minutes and install the grips.

Rotate the grips for even application of the adhesive.

NOTĘ

• Allow the adhesive to dry for an hour before using.

(1) CABLE ENDS

Apply grease to the throttle cable ends and cable guide.

Connect the throttle cable ends to the throttle grip and set the cable guide as shown.

12} CABLE GUIDE

Set the throttle housing halves, align the slit of the housing with the punch mark on the handlebars and tighten the upper screw first, then the lower one.

(1} PUNCH MARK

(2) SCREWS

Install the front brake master cylinder and the master cylinder holder with the "UP" mark facing up.

Loosely install the holder bolts.

Align the slit of the master cylinder holder with the punch mark on the handlebars and tighten the upper bolt first, then the lower bolt.

Connect the front stop switch wires to the switch terminals.
