(1) Keeping all the muscles of the body tensed, press the arms behina the back extending the fingers and turning the palms of hands to front, inhaling. Make a special effort to get the shoulder8 well back, and the chest raised.
(2) Arms to the front again (but with the right arm next to the body). Exhaling.
This completes the exeroise once.
