EXERCISE.
READY POSITION.
Stand with the knees and hips braced back, the feet together the body well bent over to the left, the left aro and fingers stretched downward, the right elbow raised as high as poasible witn the fist clenched under arm-pit, and the face turned upward.
MOVEMENT.
(1) Reverse the posttion of the body bending to the right side raising and clenching the left hand, and stretchmg the right aro.
(2) Resume the ready position bending over to the left again. This will oomplete the exeroise once.
The Musoles chiefly brought into play:-Obliąuus abdominis (5) Gluteus medius (6).
