Once thc garland has cooled,
it is ready for palnting.
• Dark green, for the large leaves
• While the dark green paint is still damp, mix a little red paint with water and brush it over the leaves
• Bright yellow mixed with a little brown to make the golden sunflower colour, for the petals
• Dark brown, for the centre of the sunflowers
• Golden dots, in the impressions madę with the cocktail stick
When the paint is dry, apply
a coat of varnish.
Thread the wire through the holes at the top of the garland, twist the two ends to form a loop. Thread the ribbon through the front of the wire and tie a bow in it.
