TOY GARLAND

Aftcr the garland has cooled, paint it white. When the white paint layer is dry, add blue and yellow paint dots. When the paint is completely dry, apply two coats of varnish.
Cut out some flowers and hearts, to fili the gaps in between the toys. I a!so madc some simple three-dimensional shapes to sit inside the garland.
SArrange the toys on the garland and glue them n place. When the glue is dry they can be varnished.
A Thread wire through the holes in m the top of the garland, twisting the two ends at the bark to form a hanging loop. Thread the ribbon in the front of the wire and tie it in a bo w.
