DOLPHIN
Join the strips to the dolphin's body, leaving a 6mm (/in) in between them at the front. Make three buttonholes with the cocktail stick and make three buttons for the other side.
Push the hairpin in the back of the dolphin's head. Put the dolphin on a baking sheet and bakę at 120°C (250°F or Gas Mark ’/) for about four hours.
Cut a 13mm (Mn) strip for a bow tie. To make the fins, cut two 20rnm (J/ x /in) squares. Cut a triangle from each of these sąuares with the knife. Join the fins to the dolphin.
Once the dolphin has cooled, you
can paint him.
• Light grey, for the body of the dolphin
• Add some white paint to the grey, for the front of the body
• Black, for the lips and the eyes
• Bright yellow, for the waistcoat
• Blue, for the bow tie and buttons.
After the paint is dry, apply two
coats of varnish.
