Goal of the course/module
Course requirements
The course covers issues conceming functioning and management of the organisations. The management issues are discussed according to the management functions i.e. planning, organising, leading and controlling. Additionally one of the course goals is to develop students' skills in the field of using basing management Instruments as decision making procedurę, analysing organizational situation and Identification major managerial problems.
Student describes basie economic and social ternis and understands the necessity of continuous leaming.
