BURLEY - Scveral local residents altendcd Monday*! City Council meeting to oppose a ncw stule law the city backed when it was o bill in the 19© legislator*.
The ncw liw ollow* the city to publish an intent to vacate unuscd city ccmelery property ond city property within 300 fcet of a ccmelery without nolifying plot owners in the ccmelery.
Notice of an intern to vacate still would have to bc published in the ofTicial county newspaper.
