I am writing in connection with the article about ban on driving private car in the city center published on 5th September 2014 in yours newspaper.
I was really surprised by the article, but I must say I strongly disagree with the idea that it should be forbidden. The author argues that it should help environment, but does not see difficulties which the ban will induce.
Firstly, we have not too enough cycle paths and alternative public transport to replace cars. What is more, we are too busy to check when the next train (for example) will be, when our work requires the availability in every time our day. We should have the right to choose solutions, not to be banded by law.
I wonder what other readers think about this issue. I would be grateful if you could print my letter.
