Defend the moon assault team base against alien attack.#
The moon assault team have landed and established several small operating locations near the alien base. A dimensional portal has been detected within the alien base that has been used by the alien forces to travel between their star system and ours. The alien moon base is large and well defended and your force is small and is fighting in near darkness. We're counting on you.@
The main defense objective in this scenario is the base that we are establishing in front of the alien dimensional portal structure. If this base is destroyed, we will be unable to mount an effective assault into the dimensional portal.#
The alien moon base has been completely destroyed and the forces at the base of the dimensional portal are almost ready to attack the alien homeworld. The countries of the Earth have contributed their finest troops and advanced weaponry to augment the assault team and they are currently underway to the moon. When they arrive, the assault team will enter the portal and establish a base.#
A White House press conference has just ended. After some initial confusion, it is becoming clear that the alien moon base is still active and that the assault team has been totally annihilated. Their final transmission was a warning of the departure of a massive invasion fleet. Contact was lost seconds later. We can only hope that the aliens will show us mercy.#
