Subject: Christmas Fund in 2014
With regards to the Christmas Fund, anyone wishing to rejoin or join should read the following and fill in the form at the bottom and return to the payroll department.
Note: The form must be returned to the Payroll Department by Thursday 9th January 2014.
The terms of the Fund are as follows:
The Fund will only be started if there is a large enough request from the staff (i.e.: over 50 people).
The staff member decides how much they want to save each fortnight. This amount is then fixed for the year.
Any changes to the amount being saved must be notified in writing to the Payroll Department.
Saving will begin the second fortnight in January 2014 (i.e. paydate 17th January 2014).
All Christmas Funds will be paid out on the LAST paydate in NOVEMBER 2014 in the usual way, included with your normal pay, by Paypath.
If a staff member who has been paying into the Christmas Fund finishes employment with the Highfield Healthcare before Christmas, their Christmas fund will be included in their final payment.
No other refunds will be made during the year.
