Stress is one of the most serious problems of our civilization. One of the ways to reduced it is playing sports. In my essay I would like to consider advantages and disadvantages of this solution.
In the first place I would like to say that all kinds of sport let us to relieve bad energy which is responsible of stress. For example you can struck the punchbag with your fists until you will be tired. Secondly, sports allow us keep fit and I don’t know any person who is regular training and looks fat. What is more, fat people are more expose on stress because they still think about how they look.
On the other hand, people who can’t lose even in game, after work or school will be think only about winning, so it can stress them extra. This opportunity of reduced stress isn’t good also for people who has problem with health for example with pneumonia. Of course, sport can help them with stress but it may be too high price.
I’d like to conclude by saying that everyone must decide what is the best way of reducing stress for him. Sport can be but don’t have to be good solution for everybody.
