I would like to start with the first question placed in the subject. The answer for that seems simple. After graduating from university I am going to find good employment. What does it mean that an employment will be good enough? Shall I work abroad or only in my country? There are several factors that should be taken into account when looking for a job.
First of all, an appropriate employer must be found. During whole my education I had to make number of choices creating my education path. I have chosen subjects and specializations I’m interested in and now I want my future job to be closely related to those and to my knowledge and interests. I think that is the main expectation of Polish students about their careers. My career must be connected to all this stuff I have learnt last few years.
Secondly, salary. Of course, the higher the better. After graduation I would like to travel, start a family. So I have to find a job that will provide me this and meet my requirements.
And finally few words about working abroad. In my opinion I have big chances to find myself appropriate employment in Poland. So for today, I don’t think about working outside Polish borders. But I don’t say “no” – maybe in the future I’ll get some interesting offer to work abroad… and then? Who knows.
To sum up, as I have said the main factors for polish student, that are be taken into account when looking for a job, are knowledge, gained during the education, interests, proposed salary and benefits which you can reap thanks to that employment.
