LUBRICATION

Remove the oil strainer and oil pipę from the oil pump.

(1> OIL STRAINER

OIL PIPĘ

Check the O-rings and oil seal for damage.

Clean the oil strainer and oil pipę with non-flammable or high flash point solvent.

OIL PUMP DISASSEMBLY

Disassemble the oil pump by removing the three socket headed bolts.

Clean disassembled parts with non-flammable or high flash point solvent.

OIL PUMP INSPECTION

Install the outer rotor and inner rotor to the pump body. Measure the pump body clearance.

SERVICE LIMIT: 0.35 mm (0.014 in)
