Sophie: Let's make a cake, George.

George: I can't make a cake!

Sophie: Don't panic! It's easy. I've got a good recipe. We need some eggs, flour, sugar, butter and some fruit.

George: Have we got any eggs?

Sophie: Yes, we've got six and they're in the fridge.

George: Great! But I don't think there's any fruit.

Sophie: There is some. There are some apples, oranges and bananas in the dining room.

George: OK. What do we do now?

Sophie: First, put the sugar and butter into the blender and whizz for a minute.

George: All right. And now?

Sophie: Put in the eggs and flour and whizz for two minutes.

George: What about the fruit?

Sophie: We need that later. Would you like a taste?

George: Ugh! No.
