2 metres.

A: Yes, he told me. What a pity! We were watching the athletics. Clyde ran the 100 metres
faster than anyone in our year has ever run. So it was the best result ever! He got a medal.

B: Wow. Did Sarah play hockey?

A: No, she couldn't because she couldn't find her helmet. The teacher said she might be hurt
without it. She still hasn't found it.

B: Poor Sarah. And what about Darren? Did he forget his shorts or got a sudden headache
again?

A: No, Darren's changed. He went swimming and running every day over the holidays.
He loves sport now.

B: Wow, that's amazing. Any other news?

A: Yes, I've got a message from Amy. She'd really like to start sailing. She's never done it
before. You go to the sailing club. Can you help her?
