My flat is in a quiet part of the city. Everything is new. It's great. I hated all the little problems in my old flat. This one is much nicer and so are the neighbours. No more banging on the wall when they have late night parties. The other great thing is that I have my own room now. I've only been here a week but I love it.

I remember when we moved here that people told us the roof wasn't in very good condition. That was two years ago and nothing happened until last week when it rained heavily. Water started coming into my bedroom. Luckily, I've got very nice neighbours and they are going to help me to fix it so it won't cost too much.

Hi Simon, How are you? I'm glad you've decided to visit me in my new flat. I can't believe you haven't seen it yet. I've been here ages. I think you'll like it. It's not like the one we used to share at university, remember? It's easy to get here. From the railway station, you turn left and walk for about five hundred metres until you get to the cinema. My flat is opposite, above the newsagent's. Call me back to let me know when you'll be here.

My parents want to move home. We'll stay in the same area because it's nice but we need a bigger house because we haven't got much room. I'd love to have a four bedroom house. Then my brother and I could have our own rooms and maybe we wouldn't argue so much.
5
I love my house. I always have and I'll be sad to leave. I'm going to leave, even though I've just spent several thousand pounds on new windows. Well, it'll be easier to sell because most people hate moving in to a house where things need to be repaired. The problem is that I live in a dirty, noisy town. There's nothing to do here but there are lots of factories. I want to live somewhere quieter and cleaner.
