A Carcassonne Central expansion by meepleater
(with assistance by Novelty)
Carcassonne has had some water shortages in the past, but the inhabitants of Carcassonne have
laboured to build wells along much-frequented roads in order for more water to be available. This
has caused an increase in traffic along those roads, which proves very profitable with the thieves...

IECES
• 12 new tiles with wells along the road
ADDITIONAL RULES
Preparation
Shuffle the new tiles with the other tiles.
1. Place a tile
The tiles are placed in accordance to the normal rules. The wells do not affect tile placement.
Take care with the following tiles:
The road from the right goes across the bridge ends at the well. The well is considered to be along the
road leading to the right.
The well is located along the road from the city to the bottom of the tile.
3. Score a complete road
When a road is completed it scores 1 point per tile in accordance to the normal rules. However, the player(s) with
the most thieves on the road get an additional point for each well along the road. If the road has an inn along it, the
owner gains two points per tile in accordance to the normal rules and two points per well along the road.
At the end of the game, the player(s) with the most thieves on an incomplete road score one extra points per well
along the road. However, if there is an inn along the road, the wells along that same road score no points.
