ENGINE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

Install the water hoses and breather tubę to the cylinder head with the clmaps.

(1) BREATHER TUBE^ (2) WATER HOSE

<3) CLAMPS

Install the following components:

—    Alternator (page 16-8) and neutral switch connectors.

—    Clutch cable.

—    Cooling fan (page 5-7).

—    Exhaust pipę (page 12-4).

(1) IGNITION COILS|

(2) CLUTCH CABLE

—    Starter motor (page 18-6).

—    Carburetor (page 4-16) and air duet (page 4-8).

NOTĘ

• When installing the air duet band, apply oil to the inside of the tubę band.

—    Reserve tank (page 5-10).

—    Drive sprocket cover (page 5-9).

—    Fuel tank (page 4-3).

—    Side and lower cowlings (page 12-3).

Route all wire harnesses and cables properly (page 1-9 through

1-13).

Perform the following inspections and adjustments:

Engine oil	(page 2-3)
Cooling system	(page 5-3)
Throttle grip free play	(page 3-4)
Drive chain	(page 3-11)
Rear brake pedał free play	(page 3-14)
Clutch lever free play	(page 3-1 5)
Check all electrical eguipment.
