CLUTCH/GEARSHIFT LINKAGE

Measure the spring free length. SERN/ICE LIMIT: 37.4 mm 11.47 In)

Replace the clutch discs if they show signs oł scoring or dis-coloration.

Measure the thickness ot the disc A and B.

SERN/ICE LIMIT: 2.60 mm (0.102 In)

NOTĘ

• Replace the discs and plates as a set if any one is beyond the service limit.

Check the piąte warpage on the surface of the piąte using a thickness gauge.

SERN/ICE LIMIT: 0.30 mm (0.012 In)

Check the clutch center tor nicks or indentations madę by the clutch plates.
