CLUTCH/GEARSHIFT LINKAGE

GEARSHIFT LINKAGE

REMOVAL

Remove the right crankcase cover (page 7-3). Remove the clutch (page 7-4).

Remove the gearshift pedał {page 5-8). Remove the bolts, oil pipę and oil pipę stay.

Remove the gearshift spindle.

{1) GEAR SHIFT SPINDLE

Remove the drum stopper arm attaching bolt, washer, drum stopper arm and spring.

Remove the drum stopper piąte bolt and drum stopper piąte. Remove the dowel pin.

{2) SPRING

(3) WASHER

{6) DOWEL PIN

(5) DRUM

INSPECTION    (1) SPINDLE

Check the gearshift spindle for bending or damage.

Check the return spring for damage.
