My eating habits are quite healthy. I usually eat breakfast at 7 o'clock. My breakfast consists of sandwiches with tomato or cucumber and some ham. I also drink a cup of black tea or orange juice. When I am at school I usually don't have time to prepare meals, so I either eat sandwiches made previously at home or buy some food in the shop. Usually, I eat my lunch between 12 and 3 p.m. o'clock. I like eating pizza or hamburgers, because they are very tasty. However, I don't eat them every day because junk food is very unhealthy. When I come back home, I try to prepare home-made food. Experimenting with food products is my hobby. I have recently prepared a vegetarian meal made of spinach and pasta. It was delicious. I don't like eating Chinese food like rice with spicy sauce. I feel unwell, so I avoid eating all spicy products like chili peppers. The last part of the day is the dinner. It is between 6 and 7 o'clock. I eat some sandwiches and drink hot chocolate. I must admit that I am fond of sweets. On Saturday I often bake cakes. My favourite cake is an apple pie. When it comes to drinks, I prefer still to fizzy drinks. Lemonade is too sweet for me, so I either drink some fresh juice or water.
All in all, I think, that my eating habits are good. I eat balanced meals which consists of vegetables, fruits and meat. However, I don't concentrate too much on healthy products, because I like eating tasty sweets and junk food occasionally.
