SUBJECT: Inspection report from unit nr.
General Staff inspected military unit nr.4455 in December 2000. The Chief of the inspection reported some difficulties with identified the competency of some services in this unit.
This report showed some conflicts between the ordnance service and the financial service. Additionally the inspection evaluated the training facility and graded it low.
The unit is situated in HEL PENINSULA.
The organ service acquired 10 thousand rounds of AA ammunition from military unit. The total cost of transport of this ammo was 5000zl. The organ service paid this money to a civilian company CARGO. The financial service cannot accept this bill because this company should be choosing in a public auction.
Training facilities exciting in this unit should be renovated last year, because of low budget those work was only done. I confirm the date shown in the report the commander of this unit sent as last week.
I porpoise to accept the bill paid by the ordnance service of the unit, because of safety reasons in our district it is impossible to find a company capable to transport the ammunition.
I would recommend raising the budget of the unit in this year. To renovate the training facilities it is necessary to find 10000zl to finish all works.

SUBJECT: Army base Kutno inspection report
The purpose of this report is to present the problems that I have found in the training camp I have recently inspected.
The training camp is situated 30 km north of KUTNO.This training camp has a firing range and assault course.
The training was prepared quite well. The unit was practising on an assault course. The schedule of the exercise was accurate and on time. The firing range was prepared very well.
Accommodation for soldiers was bad. Twelve of them lived in a tent. The weather was awful, and the temperature inside the tents at night was only 10c.
The food was awful. The rations were too small and could. The food was served late and in dirty dishes. The lunch was very poor without vegetables and fruit.
In this camp there are no recreation facilities. The nearest village is situated 8 km from the camp. The soldiers haven't got any possibility to go there because the command of the training camp hasn't got any buses. Public transportation is available only twice a day.
In the camp discipline was not good. The officers do anything about discipline. When I was there I saw a sergeant who was drunk.
The morale depends on the discipline. I evaluate it very low. The camp needs more inspection.
The commanding officer needs training in the Army College. He is not a specialist in this matter.
All instructors known their job very well. They were working well.
I would recommend changing the commanding officer. I would recommend to employ there a graduate of the army college. The accommodation and recreation fatalities need a significant improvement.

Subject: Wejherowo's description you may need for tour planning.
Wejherowo is one on the small town in the north of Poland near to Tri-City. It used to be a slipping town for Gdynia. It is situated among forests and hills by the Reda river.
Wejherowo is famous town for its unique chapels, which are part of interesting architectural complex called Kalwaria. There are four old interesting churches too. It also has a very old big park where there are a lot of interesting trees, small sports stadium and quite big swimming pool. The surrounding countryside is also very attractive. There is a folklore festival being conducted each year in August.
Wejherowo does not have a wide range of hotels, but it is located at close distance from the Tri-City in which there a lot of hotels and other accommodation. Rail connections are particularly good. The nearest airport is situated in Gdansk, which flights to most major Poland cites.
Wejherowo is famous for kaszubien cuisine. There are many restaurants there that offer excellent value for money. Local pubs also serve excellent beer and light meals.
I would recommend staying one day in Wejherowo for tourists who are interested in visiting a typical kaszubien town.

Subject: Where people who live in my area go for their summer ho.
The aim of this report is to evaluate the results of a survey, which was carried out to assess the popularity of different places to spent vacations. The report is based on questionnaires which were received from over 500 people who live in Wejherowo.
The data show that over the past few years, only a small number of people goes abroad in their summer holidays. Only about 5 per cent of them go to Spain because is it too far. Some of them go to Italy or Greece. The majority of people don't go abroad because they don't have enough money. A big number people used to go abroad in the past. For instance 40 per cent people used to go Romania or Bulgaria in seventy's.
The majority of people don't go anywhere. They spent their summer holidays at home or in their own allotments. The reason is quite simple -people haven't got enough money. The survey indicates a significant poverty among the public. Very few people go to holiday to their relatives. This percentage was highest 10 years ago
people who have work and cannot afford to have holidays abroad
People who have work more often go to the holidays than people who don't have work. But some people have not holidays at all. They mostly run their own business and they are afraid to lose their positions on the free market. There is also a group of people employed in some companies, who cannot go for holidays because their employers would five them from their job.
People more often don't go abroad than it was 10 years ago. About 20% inhabitants of Wejherowo spend their vacation outside the town. From this number only about 20% goes abroad frequently every year. About 25% admitted they spent some vacation abroad during the past 20 years.

SUBJECT:Report about a hotel from travel agent
The aim of this report is to analyse availability of Hotel NOWY for future customers.
The hotel has 40 double rooms and 15 single. The majority rooms have a view on the sea or the swimming pool. The rooms at the back of the hotel are attractive and comfortable. All rooms have new décors, private bathrooms and colours TV. The accommodation it quite good.
This hotel offers a wide range of facilities. The hotel has a big swimming pool for adults and a small swimming pool for children. Near them is a large lounge and children's playground. The swimming pool is open 24 hour a day. The restaurant is open all day too. It serves good cuisine from Asia. In addition, the menu is varied and imaginative, and includes a reasonably priced selection of fish dishes. The drinks are a little bit expensive.
The prices are rather expensive- 150 zl single room and 270 zl double. The breakfast is included in price. The special price -single room 100zl and double 200zl for groups.
The overall impression is very good. I would like to recommend this hotel. This hotel is worth visiting. The service of the hotel is a very skilled and helpful professional. The hotel is accessible for average people.
The purpose of the report is to assess the suitability of the Hajnówka Training Camp to join it in the NATO. As requested I have inspected the place.
The Camp is situated 30 km from the nearest town Krosno. It is quite easy to get there, because of new roads. Additionally, there is possibility of using helicopters.
The accommodation is not enough. They put 12 soldiers to one tent and the temperature is too low inside, especially at nights. Food is disgusting as well.
In contrast, they have excellent training facilities with an assault course and the firing range. The instructors are well educated and trained.
Referring to the level of discipline, the situation is bad. The sergeant is usually drunk and there is low morale. Additionally, the commanding officer needs training as well.
There are none recreation facilities and what is more the nearest village is 8 km from the camp. All this has bad influence on soldiers.
To sum up, the Hajnówka Training Camp is not worth recommending to join it in the NATO. Although they have excellent training facilities, they must improve their discipline.
My suggestion is to send there a special commission to check all the staff.

Subject : Silverscreen Cinema
The purpose of this report is to assess the suitability of the cinema for families with small children. As requested I have visited the place.
The Silverscreen Cinema is a brand new cinema complex, situated close to the city centre. It is very easy to get there by buses number 7,11 and 15 or by a short walk from the train station.
There is a wide range of films, presented in 3 big and 2 small cinemas with amazing sound system. Chairs are very comfortable, on the suitable level, even for small children.
Furthermore, there are many facilities in the cinema complex. A wide variety of coffee is provided by two coffee shops, but they are rather expensive. Good prices have a hamburger bar, which additionally has its own playground for children. What is more, the staff can look after children for a small fee.
The Silverscreen Cinema is quite expensive at weekends - £5 for a ticket, but on weekdays they charge only £2.
To sum up the Silverscreen Cinema is a very modern cinema complex, with excellent facilities. I am sure, that the cinema is worth recommending to families with small children.

Subject: Grand Hotel
As instructed, I have visited “Grand” the new hotel in Piłsudski Street in Warszawa. The purpose of this report is to assess whether the hotel should be recommended to yours customers.
The Grand Hotel has 40 double rooms and 15 single rooms. However, single rooms are quite small. All rooms are newly redecorated. In addition, every room has a private bathroom and a colour TV. There is a good air-conditioning.
Facilities at Grand Hotel include a restaurant, a swimming pool, a large lounge and children's playground. The restaurant serves a lot of delicious meals, although a choice of vegetarian dishes is limited. Groups of tourists can book rooms in the hotel but it will be necessary in summer.
The prices are reasonable. A single room costs Ł60 and a double room costs Ł80 but breakfast is included in the price. The Grand Hotel has a special price for groups. It is Ł45 single room and Ł60 double room.
Althgouh this hotel is rather expensive, in my opinion, it is definitely suitable for your customers who want to visit Warsaw.
