Manage Your Peaks
How to…
What you need to know
•
Everyone has peak periods through the day where the
number of customers increase
•
We need to prepare our units before the peak begins
to ensure the customers get the products and
service they want
•
We need to ensure we work quickly and efficiently
during the peak time to meet customer expectations
•
We need to make sure we have received the correct
number of products and we are displaying them correctly
for our customers and to be ready for the next peak
•
We need to make sure all counters have the correct
levels of products
•
We need to make sure the products on display match
the correct holding tempretures
•
We always make customers our number 1 priority
