The project master plan recommends the expansion of an existing campus to accommodate a doubled student population and admission of female students. The first phase includes 85 buildings, incorporating new teaching and research facilities, library/media and Computer centers, administradve offices, an auditorium, housing for 475 students and 50 faculty members with families, and new infrastructure providing complcte electric, gas, water and sewcr utility distribution, roads, bridges, playing fields and landscaping.

The design solution builds upon existing renovated facilities, creating a central academic campus surrounded by clusters of student housing, activity fields, and support facilities. Faculty housing is located across the river that bisects the site, along with plant and animal research centers adjacent to experimental crop fields.
