Cut another eignt leaves, snipping off their stalks. Jom them together inside the first ring of petals. Make another six petals in the same way and attach them in the centre of the ring of petals.
Roli a smali bali of dough and flatten it slightly. Wet the back and gently press it in the centre of the circle of petals. Make some smali holes in the centre of the flower using a cocktail stick.
Make two smali sunflowers as before, and arrange them either side of the first sunflower. The garland is now ready for baking. Bakę at 120nC (250°F or Gas Mark /) for about four hours.
