APPLICATION

The agricultural trailer type D35S is designed for use in agriculture to handle various agricultural crops, building mater-ials, fertilizers etc.

The D35S trailer can be used to transport materials in various seasons of the year over surfaced or unsurfaced roads. Tractors of 0.6 to 1 AT class can be used for hauling, the maximum hauling speed being 25 km/h.

DESIGN

The D35S trailers consists of a chassis, frame, body, axles and springs, and complete wheels with brakes.

FRAME

Madę of Steel sections. The chassis frame is madę integral with brackets for rear springs.

CARGO BODY

Is madę of rolled sheet Steel. Construction of the cargo body permits to open the side and rear walls to the almost horizontal position increasing thereby the platform surface. Holes in vertical stiffening wali stakes enable mounting of heightening racks.

AXLES AND SPRINGS

The trailer has two axles madę of circular--section tubes and semielliptic longitudinal leaf springs.

The front endscf springs are fixed by bolts to the spring brackets, the rear ones are mounted on spring shoes.

COMPLETE WHEELS

The 9x15" wheel rims are adaptcd for use with low-pressure 10x15" tyres. Rims are attached with bolts to hubs mounted on conical roller bearings on the axle ends.

BRAKING SYSTEM

The main brake is of the pneumatic cver-pressure type with a single linę system acting on all wheels and actuated from the trailing tractor.

The parking hand brake of mechanical type acts on rear wheels.

BESTIMMUNG

Der Anhanger D 35S wird zur Bcfórderung von landwirtschaftlichen Produkten, Bau-materialien, Dungemitteln u.dgl. eingc-setzt.

Der Anhanger ermóglicht den Transport von Ladungen auf Feldwegen in verschie-denen Jahreszeiten sowie auf Strassen aller Klassen. Zum Schleppen kann man Schlep-per der Klasse 0,6—1 AT benutzen. Maximale Schleppgeschwindigkeit:    25

km/h.

BAU ART

Der Aunhangcr besteht aus Rahmen, Fahr-gestell, Achse und Federn sowie kompletter Radern mit Bremsen.

DER RAHMEN

Rahmen — besteht aus Stahlprofilen, die mit der Stutzen der Hinteraufhangung ais Ganzes verbunden sind.

AUFBAU

Metallaufbau ist aus gestanzten Blechen ge-fertigt. Die Bauart des Ladekastens ermóglicht das Aufklappen von Bordwanden sowie der Hinterwand nahezu zur waage-rechten Lagę, wodurch die Ladeflache der Plattform vergróssert wird. Die Óffnungen in den senkrcchten Klappenrippen er-móglichen das Aufmontieren vcn zusatz-lichen Aufbauten.

ACHSE UND FEDERN

Der Anhanger besteht aus zwei Achsen mit Rohrquerschnitt sowie hal beli i ptischcn Langsblattfedern. Die vordere Federauf-hangung — auf Bolzen, die hintere — auf Gleitsuicken.

KOMPLETTE RADER

Radfelgen mit Abmessungen 9x15 arbeiten mit Niederdruckreiten 10x15 zusammen. Die Radscheiben sind mittels Schraubcn an die Nabe befestigt, die auf dem Achsen-bolzen in den Kegelrollenlagern gelagert sind.

BREMSANLAGE

Pneumatischer Uberdruck-Einleitungssys-tem auf alle Rader wirkend, wird vom Schlepper aus gesteuert. Die mechanische Hand-Feststellbremse wirkt auf Hinterrad.
