BRAKES

a) Air-pressure main brake system furni-shed with coupling for connecting another trailer, acting on front and rear wheels. actuated from the trailing vehicle.

The braking system incorporatcs the following basie elements:

—    drum mechanisms with shoes

w    — pneumatic brake cylinders with

leverage and expanders

—    air tank

—    control valve

—    braking force adjustment valve

—    draining valve

—    pipes and joints

—    hand parking brake acting on rear wheels, actuated from outside.

DRAWBAR HOOK

Secured to chassis frame.

Furnished with rubber shock absorber and an articulated joint permitting upward or downward swing from horizontal position through about 60° and a catch holding the hcok in horizontal position.

ELECTRIC IN STALL ATI ON

Single-line 12 V installation with the minus pole connected to frame. The electric installation of the trailer inccrporates:

BREMSEN

a)    Ubcrdruck-Lufthauptbremsen haben Anschlussstucke zum Ankuppeln des zweiten Anhangers, wirken auf Vorder-und Hinterrader und werden mittels Vorrichtungen des Schleppfahrzeugs be-tatigt. Hauptelemente des Brems-systems:

—    Trommel-Radermechanismen mit Gleitbacken

—    pneumatische Bremszylinder mit He-belsystem und Nocken

—    Luftbehalter

—    Steuerventil

—    Bremskraftregelventil

—    Ablassventil

—    Leitungen und Anschlussstucke

b)    Feststellbremse von aussen betatigt auf Hinterrader wirkend.

ZUGHAKEN

Zughaken — ist zum Fahrgestellrahmen befestigt.

Der Zughaken ist mit einer Dampfungs-feder und einem Gelenk versehen, die seine Auslenkung aufwarts und abwarts urn etwa 60° zur waagerechten Lagę er-móglichen sowie eine Sperrvorrichtung zum Fcsthalten in waagerechter Lagę.

ELEKTRISCHE ANLAGE

Einleiter — 12 V ,,auf Masse”. Die elektri-sche Anlage besteht aus:
