Coconut yoghurt
2 cups young coconut meat
1 teaspoon probiotics
Water if needed
1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
2. Place in a covered bowl in a dehydrator at 105° F f or 8 to 10 hours.
3. Add a pinch of salt and a dash of lemon juice, chill until ready to use.
4. Optional: add 1 tablespoon honey to sweeten.

1 mango, diced
1 serving coconut yoghurt
Small sprinkling bee pollen
1. Placed the diced mango in a bowl.
2. Top with coconut yoghurt and sprinkle bee pollen on top to f inish.
